1.Q: Are your a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We have own factory with more than 20 years of experience, experienced designer, low MOQ, excellent quality, reasonable price, good service, and fast delivery.
2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is welcome. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need. It usually takes 3-10 days to finish your sample according to the design.
3. Q: Can we print our own brand or logo on your products ?
A: Yes, of course. Please provide digital file and size of your logo/label/tag. It is our pleasure to be one of your good OEM manufacturers in China.
4. Q: Why do some goods have difference between website picture and practical items?
A: Because different light and browser, also different batches, material may be caused little difference between the picture and practical goods.
5. Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: We will provide free sample for our regular customers. For new customers, we will charge sample fee for each design, but we will return it to you once bulk order reaches our MOQ.
6. Q:What’s your MOQ?
A: As factory manufacture directly,for customized style,50pcs for each style,the size and color can be mixed,and the MOQ is 2pcs for stock.
7. Q: How about the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost depend on the QTY,packing size and shipping express,for example,DHL,FEDEX,UPS are different cost, we need confirm with shipping agent.
